So, the joy of Christmas is over and you’re left feeling a bit deflated with nothing to look forward to until your summer holidays!
Well, panic not, I have the perfect event just for you. I’m not calling it a ‘Retreat’ exactly, as that would conjuer up images of fasting, purging and ‘connecting with the woman within’, and that’s not exactly what we’ll be up to.
What we will be up to is doing some fab Pilates/Movement/Barre sessions with yours truly, having some lush walks in the grounds, staying in a fabulously indulgent location and chilling out in the spa…oh and did I mention lots of food and laughs.
You will come away from the weekend with an aching belly, not just from the fierce exercises that we’ll be doing, but from laughing and enjoying yourself.
So here’s a vague plan of what we’ll be getting up to (times and sessions to be confirmed – but this is just to give you a general idea);
Friday 2nd February 2018
