Who is Jill?
Jill is a highly qualified Pilates Instructor, with over 20 years as a fitness instructor (well, except for, a brief interlude as Government Statistician), she’s taught dance, step, spinning, Zumba – to name but a few. Her main focus is now on mindful movement and how to improve physical fitness from the inside out. She’s helped countless women to change their body shape. She’s qualified to Practitioner Level and Holistic Life Coach II with the CHEK (Corrective, Holistic, Exercise & Kinesiology) Institute which focuses on all aspects of health and fitness.
Jill is also qualified in Nutrition and can help you find easy ways to incorporate healthy foods into your daily lifestyle. She has helped countless people lose inches and feel better about themselves. She has a reputation of having fun classes that are always packed full, but firmly grounded in strong scientific basis.
