Maybe you just want to work at your own pace and make sure that you learn the techniques correctly.

If you’ve answered yes to any of the above then why not book some private sessions.  

You will receive an individualised training program specific to your needs, you will learn how to build your foundations and progress will be at your speed. Whatever your goal, some personal sessions will really get you onto the right track and you will receive a training plan personalised for you. 

You will learn in the matter of a couple of sessions more than what six months worth of classes would do.  My clients are constantly surprised at how quickly they start to feel better and stronger.

Our  Package Services, ensure that you get the best value from your practice and also allow us time to work effectively together. We currently have four great value packages available.

1. ‘Starter Package’

This package is for you if you’ve not got any injury’s or special conditions and are just wanting to begin your Pilates practice but maybe you’re not confident enough to come along to a class.

In these 2 x 1 hour sessions you’ll learn things like –

*Neutral Spine and why it’s the safest place for your back when you’re exercising.

*Your ‘Inner Core’ – where and what it is, and why you need to know about it.

*Pelvic Floor – where it is, why it’s important and what it does.

*Breathing – why correct breathing is ‘core’ to everything!

You’ll learn the basics of Pilates and once done you should be able to take a class confidently.

Investment = £90

(If you want to join with a friend and you both attend as a duet, then this will cost £120).

2. Rehabilitation Package

This package is for you if you are recovering from an injury, operation or accident, perhaps you have a condition which requires you to keep your strength and flexibility.

This package is for you to help you regain your confidence and strength using the correct prinicples of training.

You will receive;

*A full assessment of your condition,  current range of movement and pain analysis.

*A full postural assessment, and core strength tests.

*Current Health and Lifestyle analysis.

*A full bespoke exercise program written specifically for YOU based upon the above tests and anaylsis, so it’s very specific to YOU.

*A full exercise program sent to you electronically with all of the exercises in video format, with clear amounts of repetitions and sets.

*You will be taught EXACTLY how to perform the exercises.

*Continual progression of the program as you get stronger.

*Support and advice.

This package will be taught in 4 x 1 hour sessions, the first hour will be full assessments as per above – then your program will be written based upon the findings.  The second session will be around one week later and you will be given your program and taught how to perform the exercises.

The 3rd and 4th sessions can be taken whenever you require – either in consecutive weeks, or as required.

You must ensure that you have the okay from your doctor or physiotherapist before you begin an exercise program.

Investment – £200

3. Transformation Package

This package is for you if you really want to kick-start your health transformation, and make some BIG changes to your life.

What you will receive;

*Full Postural Analysis and core tests.

*Full measurements and body fat analysis.

*Current health lifestyle analysis.

*A full exercise program written specifically for YOU, based upon the above tests. So it’s VERY specific to YOU.

*Metabolic Typing analysis and dietary recommendations for your type.

*A Full Nutrition and Diet Plan specific to your Metabolic Type

*A shopping list and recipe sheet.

*Mindset training, goal setting an much more are included in this package. Basically we tailor it to YOUR specific needs.

This is carried out over 4x 1-2-1 sessions, and the program is given to you electronically with full videos of all the prescribed exercises so that you can view from your tablet or laptop wherever you are in the world.

This costs £250 for four x 1 hour sessions, and the full program.

4. Post Natal Package

This package is for you if you’ve recently had a baby and are wanting a safe and effective way to rebuild your core.  The post-natal period is a very special time and you need to think about the way you exercise and nutrition in a very different way.

Maybe you’ve got some residual complications such as SPD, diastasis recti, or pelvic floor problems.  You will receive a full assessment and you will be given exercises relevent to your specific condition.

This package is for you to help you regain your confidence and strength using the correct prinicples of training.

You will receive;

*A full assessment of your post natal body.

*A full postural assessment, and core strength tests.

*Current Health and Lifestyle analysis.

*A full bespoke exercise program written specifically for YOU based upon the above tests and anaylsis, so it’s very specific to YOU.

*A full exercise program sent to you electronically with all of the exercises in video format, with clear amounts of repetitions and sets.

*You will be taught EXACTLY how to perform the exercises.

*Continual progression of the program as you get stronger.

*Support and advice.

Just Assessment and Program

Alternatively you may just want the assessments and program written for you.  This can be arranged and will take 2 x 1 hour sessions, for £120. Any follow up sessions can be arranged at £50 per session, and progressions can be added to your program.
