Remember your first day at school, when you turned up all enthusiastic and excited, but were a little bit worried?

You wondered if you’d make any friends, if you’d be able to do the work that the teacher set, if you would be able to find out where you needed to be…..?

All of these thoughts running through your head, and when you finally turned up you were absolutely fine and all your worries forgotten.

When you join us, we understand that you will have those same thoughts – will everyone be looking at me, will the instructor shout at me if I can’t do it, will everyone laugh if my body emits strange noises (as all body’s do!)…and the answer is always the same, NO!

You will wonder why you were worried, everyone is friendly, the venues are stunning (no cold, old dusty church halls for us) and the support you will receive is amazing.  You will be joining a bunch of inspirational, supportive and motivational ‘wellness warriors’ – you will forget that you’re not meant to be enjoying exercise!

Pilates

You really should be doing Pilates, no REALLY you should!  And not just any old Pilates, you really need to be doing Organic Pilates with us.  Not only do we have all the usual stuff – highly qualified instructors, beautiful locations, friendly and supportive groups, we have a massive dose of FUN.  Our small classes will transform your thoughts about how your body should and could be moving, you will be taught how not to wet yourself when you laugh, you will be shown how to stand properly, you find out how to become aware of your body in space and most importantly you will begin to understand and respect your body for the MOST amazing thing it is.

Pilates Classes are;

Monday 6pm – Slow Pilates – great for beginners

Tuesday 7pm – Intermediate Pilates – For the more experience practitioner

Thursday 9.20am – Stretch and Move Pilates – great for all levels to keep mobile and strong

Power Barre

Do you want a proper workout that will leave you out of breath, sweating and wanting to kill the instructor?  Taking inspiration from Pilates, Yoga and Dance training – you will feel your muscles not only burning but screaming!  This is Madonna’s favourite exercise program – it’s not easy but it’s worth it, if you want your body shape to be changed this is the workout for you.

This class runs every Tuesday at 6pm.

Swiss Ball Class

If you want to improve your balance, core and strength, then swiss ball class is for you. It’s become a firm favourite with anyone who tries it. The balls add instability so you really have to work your deep postural muscles. It’s a very activating class for your central nervous system. At the end of each session we have a full body relaxation and breathing.

This class runs every Friday at 10am.

Kettlebell Class

We love strength training – this is a great way to begin the weekend. Using a kettlebell we train using high intensity interval training to maximise our fat burn and our muscle gain. This is a specially designed class for women to stay healthy and strong. Using full body moves we activate the core and build strength all over. Great for fat burning, great for muscle toning – also great to keep your bones strong. I cannot emphasis how much women need to do this class!

Nutrition

We believe that you are what you eat, once you become a client of ‘Organic Pilates’ you will learn how and what to eat to support your body and help it with its everyday functions.  It’s the difference between asking nicely to do something and forcing it – your body will respond much quicker when its asked nicely! You will be surprised how quickly your body will respond to correct movement and supporting nutrition.

If you join my membership program (CORE CLUB) or any of my regular online programs you will be given a full nutrition plan
